There are a couple of editing blips I’ve seen so far–they forgot to include the cranberries in the instructions for putting together the stuffing in one recipe and they use the word “potatoes” instead of “onion” in the ‘Tugboats’ recipe. A typical comfortably fixed family in the late 1700s probably served two courses for dinner.
